Tulsi Gabbard’s older brother allegedly tried to lure several young children into a hotel room with money and gum at a Hawaiian hotel resort. Batarti Gabbard, the 55-year-old sibling of the former national intelligence director, was charged in connection to a “stranger danger incident,” at a hotel pool area in the resort-packed Waikīkī neighborhood on July 12, the Honolulu Police Department said.
